Course Overview:
Welcome to another installment in the Miniature Millinery Series with Shari Fuller! In this course we will feature Graduation Caps. Shari will share a little about the history of the cap and walk us through a full tutorial to make the hat together!
Over the next few weeks we will expand on the topic with a look at the covered button, creating tassels, and decorating the top to give it that personalized touch!
